Ember's bar is open every day until 3am — one of the last bars in Leicester Square to close. The kitchen serves alongside until 2am (last orders 1:30am), so food is available late into the evening.

The full drinks list is served on Ember's outdoor terrace — one of Leicester Square's largest terraces, covered and heated, open until 1am.
Before or After the Show
Two minutes from Leicester Square Underground station, Ember is convenient for pre-theatre cocktails before an Odeon Luxe or West End performance, or a post-show drink when many other bars in the area have closed.
