Ember at Horizons is a charcoal grill restaurant and cocktail bar at Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, in the heart of London's West End. The venue occupies the ground floor of Horizons Casino, two minutes from Leicester Square Underground station via the north exit.
The kitchen runs on live-fire cooking — a charcoal grill drawing on the traditions of the Middle East, India, Southern Europe, and East Asia. The result is a global sharing menu built around a single method: fire.
The Fire
Every meat and fish dish that comes off the pass has been cooked over live flame. The menu draws on culinary traditions from the Middle East, India, Asia, and Europe — bold flavours shaped by fire and finesse.

The Terrace
Ember's outdoor terrace is one of Leicester Square's largest terraces — and one of the last to close, open until 1am, later than most restaurants in the square. It overlooks Leicester Square itself, covered and heated, so it runs through the year rather than shutting down once the weather turns.
Marble-topped tables, lounge seating with cushions, and low, warm lighting set it apart from the pavement tables and standing bars nearby. The full food and drinks menu is served on the terrace, and shisha is also part of the offering.
Open to All
Ember sits inside Horizons Casino, but casino membership is not needed to dine, drink, or book a table. The restaurant, bar, and terrace are open to all guests, and walk-ins are welcome — though booking ahead is recommended on Friday and Saturday evenings and around West End performances.
Anyone 18 and over is welcome; valid photo ID may be requested at the door.
